*The latest two released iPhone generations add £15 labour once per phone repair, included in the written quote. All work is subject to model compatibility. Not VAT registered; no VAT is charged. Quotes valid for seven days unless stated otherwise.

A diagnostic visit is £39 for up to 30 minutes, credited once against labour if you accept the resulting repair quote within 14 days.

Agree the price and appointment
I check parts and compatibility, then confirm the work, one total price and your visit in writing.

Repair, test and hand over
On arrival, I inspect the device before payment and work. We check the agreed functions together afterwards.
Visits seven days by appointment. I aim for service within 36 hours of confirmation, subject to parts and available slots.

Based in Sudbury. Coming to you.
I visit by appointment at a suitable home or workplace. Visits are arranged in advance; there is no walk-in shop.

By individual agreement
Ipswich, Colchester, Bury St Edmunds and other nearby towns may be covered depending on postcode and travel time; they are not automatically within the included area.
