Healthy compatible source; up to two hours on site. This is the total labour charge, not £59 plus £89.
RAM upgrade
£49 labour + RAM
Or £20 fitting alongside an SSD in the same laptop.
Battery / standard screen
£49 / £69 labour + part
Straightforward battery replacement or standard panel replacement, subject to exact model.
One total agreed before booking. Travel up to 30 minutes each way from Sudbury is included. Not VAT registered; no VAT is charged.

Send the full model number first. Some laptops have soldered storage or memory and cannot take the upgrades offered here.
Back up and verify important files before work. Cloning, formatting or reinstalling needs your specific written authorisation. This is not failing-drive recovery.
Storage adds capacity. An SSD can improve responsiveness when replacing a compatible mechanical drive, but performance gains vary by device and workload.
Supplied parts and workmanship have a 30-day guarantee, in addition to statutory rights. Extra work is discussed and agreed before it starts.
